Expected Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders in Pakistan within 5-7 working days, starting from the date of order confirmation. However, during peak seasons, such as sales and new launches, delivery times may vary. We work with reliable courier partners in Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Address Modifications

Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we do not allow any modifications to the delivery address, including Cash on Delivery and online paid orders. Therefore, please make sure to enter the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order.

Courier Partners

We partner with reputable courier services, such as Pakistan Post, Call Courier & TCS for deliveries within Pakistan.

Order Processing and Payment

We require up to two working days to prepare all orders placed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any gazette holidays will be processed on the next working day. In case of any delays or discrepancies in verifying the order information, there may be temporary delays in order processing. For online payments, we conduct a fraud status check before proceeding with the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payments will be collected at the time of delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you don't receive the email in your inbox.

Shipping and Customs Duties

Nationwide delivery charges are applicable to all orders within Pakistan, regardless of the order value. For international orders, shipping charges are based on the destination, size, and weight of the package. Please note that any customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer as per the respective country's regulations.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed through credit cards or any other online payment system undergo a verification process before processing. If the verification fails, the order will be cancelled automatically. For Cash on Delivery orders, we attempt a maximum of six confirmation calls within six days of order placement. If we do not receive confirmation from the customer after six attempts, we cancel the order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as out of stock items or pricing or technical errors. Customers may also cancel their orders before processing if they wish to do so.

Returns and Exchange

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have an exchange policy that allows you to exchange a product under certain conditions. The terms and conditions for exchanges are as follows:

• You must notify us within seven days of receiving the order about any exchange requests.
• The product must be unused, with all the tags intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as a sale receipt or order receipt, at the time of exchange or return.
• Products bought on sale, promotion, or as gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for defective products, and you must provide proof of the defect by sending an email to Refund@octopus.com.pk, or by calling us.
